internal team.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate the update of facility-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and seeking improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Organize schedules for Media City's media facilities with input from the team, monitoring their usage and optimizing their efficiency.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Manage the deployment of media-specific services, such as post-production services, according to developed policies, executing plans and managing internal and external resources.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Collect feedback from the internal team and external operators of media facilities and services, identifying areas for improvement and recommending and implementing improvement activities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist in preparing quarterly and year-end performance reports for the Media Facilities Management Department, providing updates and recommendations to the ED\/Director of Operations &amp; Services.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Strategic Contribution<\/strong>\r\n\r\nEnsure effective cascading of the divisional strategy into sectional business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies.\r\n\r\n<strong>People Management<\/strong>\r\n\r\nManage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the assigned section by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff to maximise sectional performance.\r\n\r\nLead the talent development initiatives for the assigned section, collaborating with technical\/discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements.\r\n\r\n<strong>Budgeting &amp; Financial Planning\r\n<\/strong>Manage the preparation and recommend the sectional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget, while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.\r\n\r\n<strong>Policies, Systems, Processes &amp; Procedures\r\n<\/strong>Manage and ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned sectional activity so that all relevant procedural\/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.\r\n\r\n<strong>Continuous Improvement\r\n<\/strong>Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices, considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.\r\n\r\n<strong>Reporting\r\n<\/strong>Ensure that all sectional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet MCQ requirements, policies and quality
