Media City Qatar hosted its first industry workshop with Microsoft Qatar on 16 December 2025 at its headquarters in Msheireb Downtown Doha, bringing licensed companies together for a day of insights, networking, and hands-on knowledge sharing.
The workshop is part of the goals of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Media City Qatar and Microsoft Qatar during the 2025 ‘Qatar Economic Forum, Powered by Bloomberg’, which focuses on advancing digital innovation and growth within Qatar’s media and creative economy.
The sessions explored global media trends and practical applications of emerging technologies, demonstrating how innovation is reshaping content creation, distribution, and business growth models. Participants also learned how initiatives such as the Microsoft Partner Network help licensed companies deepen their integration within the innovation ecosystem and scale through support from global tech leaders.
