Human Resources Manager

Role Summary

Responsible for developing Human Resources strategies that align with Media City Qatar’s mission and goals, leading manpower planning, compensation, benefit policies and performance review process. Partner with different departments to ensure staffing and training needs are met, and act as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters.

 

Job Description

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
  • Certifications and accreditations from HR organizations are an advantage.
Experience Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role, managing an HR function.
  • Experience in free zones or other public entities in Qatar/GCC preferred.
