Career

The Research Officer/Specialist reports to the Director of Strategy & Excellence and leads research on media industry topics, trends and dynamics. He/she performs competitive landscape analysis, summarizes findings for internal and external stakeholders, while managing and maintaining research data and reports, and liaising with external research partners and providers as needed. Provides research support to other departments if required.

This role emphasizes accountability, transparency, and contributing to the achievement of long-term strategic goals within the Research Office’s functional scope.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline from a reputable university. Master’s degree is preferred.
