Role Summary

  • The Government & National Champions Partnerships Manager reports to the Director of Strategy & Excellence and plays a key role in establishing and managing partnerships with local and international entities, including governmental and semi-governmental bodies, foundations, and educational institutions. This role involves identifying potential partners, exploring areas for collaboration, conducting outreach, securing agreements, and engaging with key stakeholders to strengthen the media ecosystem and enhance MCQ’s value proposition.
  • The position focuses on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability while ensuring all organizational activities are conducted with accountability, transparency, and high standards of oversight and reporting.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Government Relations or similar discipline from a reputable university.
  • MBA is a plus.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, of which at least 3 years are in management role. Possessing strong relationships with potential partner entities is strongly preferred. Negotiation and presentation skills. Solid understanding of the media industry dynamics and trends.
