The Relationship Manager will oversee and support Media City Qatar (MCQ) licensees throughout their journey and supervise a small team. This involves managing relationships, assisting with administrative and business development aspects, and ensuring a seamless experience by coordinating with internal departments.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar discipline from a reputable university.
Key Accountabilities
The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for licensees, ensuring seamless support throughout their journey. The role involves assisting with setup, licensing, and administrative processes, as well as facilitating business opportunities and office space arrangements. The Relationship Manager will develop retention strategies, oversee customer experience metrics, and ensure MCQ’s value proposition is effectively communicated. Additionally, he/she will manage their team performance to maximize operational success.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, particularly within the media sector or free zones, of which at least 4 years in a managerial role.
They should possess advanced client management and account management skills, planning abilities and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a preference for Arabic and a strong Knowledge of related government transactions (customs, passports, banks etc.). The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized and able to work under pressure while focusing on quality.
