Mrs. Laura Miccoli is the Legal Affairs and Contract Manager at Media City Qatar, where she provides legal and strategic support to the CEO and stakeholders of Media City.
She advises on a wide range of legal and business affairs matters including regulatory, commercial and compliance for Media City Qatar. She negotiates and manages partnership and commercial agreements with regional and global media companies in line with Media City Qatar’s mandate and strategy.
She has extensive experience as a senior commercial lawyer and legal and business affairs lawyer in the international media and digital market in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.
Prior to joining Media City Qatar, Laura worked as a Senior Lawyer at global broadcasters such as the BBC World Service Group and Warner Bros. Discovery, and for multinational television production and distribution companies such as FremantleMedia and Zodiak Media Group.
Laura holds a Law Degree from the University of Rome La Sapienza and a Master's in Corporate Law from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome. She is a qualified lawyer in addition to having Certificate in Music Law and in International and Italian Formats.
